About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our home care team. In this role, you will conduct client visits, develop and update individualized care plans, and evaluate the performance of CNAs and other caregivers in the field. You will serve as a critical resource to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centered care for our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote best practices in patient care.
- Conduct regular in-home care assessments and evaluations of patient
- Develope care plans and evaluate outcomes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient services.
- Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications preferred.

Compensation: $70.00 - $140.00 per hour
