Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Floater CNA / Medication Technician (MT) to support our home care clients across multiple assignments in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Howard County. This position is designed for dependable professionals who are comfortable traveling to different locations and stepping in where coverage is needed most.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care in clients’ homes in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications in accordance with MT scope and company policy (where applicable)
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and hygiene
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistency across all assignments
- Cover open shifts, call-outs, and short-notice assignments as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification and Medication Technician (MT) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience (home care experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required – assignments vary by location)
- Ability to travel between multiple client locations
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to pass background check and all pre-employment screening requirements

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
